Chiefly related to the drafting, passage and implementation of the California Pure Milk Act of 1929 and the passage and implementation of the United States Sheppard-Towner Act of 1921. Includes a file on developing a summer course in Public Health Nursing at Stanford University, a scrapbook on birth control, and subject files representing public health issues and programs in the United States.
